TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 1: Week 10 (13/10/25 - 17/10/25)

During Week 10, the teaching practice was a blend of academic and experiential learning that left a deep, meaningful impact. The week began with conducting a diagnostic test (Day 39), which helped identify students' learning gaps and inspired the use of remedial measures and gamified rewards (points & badges) to boost engagement. On Day 40, the focus shifted to remedial teaching for struggling students, a refreshing yoga session, and a conscientization programme on health & wealth, highlighting the importance of holistic education. Day 41 combined a math class on negative numbersusing real‑world examples like temperatures to make the concept tangible with a Hand Wash Day health session, reinforcing that a teacher’s role extends beyond textbooks to shaping healthy habits. The week culminated on Day 42, the last day of the first teaching phase, where teaching New Numbers and organizing a drawing competition created memorable experiences. The heartfelt goodbye to the class was difficult yet meaningful, leaving wonderful memories and valuable experiences that will always be cherished, thanks to the support of teachers and students throughout the practice.
