Oath Taking Ceremony for Dhuthi (ദ്യുതി) College Union 2024-2025

 The Oath Taking Ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of the Dhuthi College Union, Peet Memorial Training College, was held on November 7, 2024, at 10:30 am in the College Auditorium.


Dr Sony Mary Varghese, Assistant Professor and Union Advisor, delivered the introductory address and announced the newly elected members of the College Union. Mr Sefon Sanu Mathew was sworn in as Chairman of the College Union by Dr Alie Molly Verghis, College Principal. The oath of office for other office bearers was administered by Mr Sefon Sanu Mathew.


Seven office bearers, including the Chairman, took the oath in the name of God, while eight took affirmation. Dr Alie Molly Verghis delivered the keynote address and felicitated the newly elected office bearers. Dr Elizabeth Joshua and Mr Tony Cherian also addressed the gathering.


The ceremony included a symbolic lighting of candles by Dr Sony Mary Varghese, signifying the office bearers' role as torchbearers and guides to the college community. The Oath Taking Ceremony concluded at 11:20 am.

  The inauguration ceremony of the B.Ed. Course 2024-2026 was held at Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, on 29th July 2024, with a lamp-lighting ceremony by former Principal Dr. Jiby George, setting the tone for the event. Rev.   An Online talk series on "Cases and Causes that Truly Matter" the free voice was organised by Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, on August 2nd,2024, at 6:30 PM. The session was very insightful, focusing on the memoirs of special education, and was led by Dr. Anu Mukund, a lecturer in English at the National Institute of Speech and Hearing, Thiruvananthapuram.

COMATICS: Commerce & Mathematics Association Inauguration 2K24

 COMEX and NUMINA, the Commerce and Mathematics Associations of Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, jointly launched 'COMATICS 2K24' on October 2024 at the College Auditorium.  The event started with a prayer song by the college choir, followed by a warm welcome by Ms. Aiswarya M., Mathematics Association Secretary. Dr. Renginy K.R., Commerce teacher-in-charge, presided over the session. The principal, Dr. Alie Molly Verghis, inaugurated both associations, highlighting maths' universal relevance and commerce's daily impact. She praised the joint inauguration, showcasing maths' correlation with other subjects. The programme featured a logo reveal for NUMINA and felicitations from college union leaders.
