NSS Free Medical Camp 2024

 The National Service Scheme Unit of Peet Memorial Training College, in collaboration with St. Thomas Mission Hospital, Kattanom, and St. Thomas Karkithos Cancer Centre, organized a Free Medical Camp on October 18, 2024, at the College Auditorium.



Dr Sony Mary Varghese, Assistant Professor, Peet Memorial Training College, presided over the event, which was inaugurated by Shri K.V. Sreekumar, Chairman of Mavelikara Municipality. Mrs Santhi Ajayan, Ward Councilor and Health Standing Committee Chairperson of Mavelikara Municipality, delivered the keynote address, while Mr Biju David, Staff Representative, and others offered felicitations.



The medical camp offered free eye testing and cancer screening, with doctors providing valuable insights on cancer symptoms. The event drew a significant turnout, benefiting many.

Course 2024-2026 was held at Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, on 29th July 2024, with a lamp-lighting ceremony by former Principal Dr. Jiby George, setting the tone for the event. Rev.   An Online talk series on "Cases and Causes that Truly Matter" the free voice was organised by Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, on August 2nd,2024, at 6:30 PM. The session was very insightful, focusing on the memoirs of special education, and was led by Dr. Anu Mukund, a lecturer in English at the National Institute of Speech and Hearing, Thiruvananthapuram.

COMATICS: Commerce & Mathematics Association Inauguration 2K24

 COMEX and NUMINA, the Commerce and Mathematics Associations of Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, jointly launched 'COMATICS 2K24' on October 2024 at the College Auditorium.  The event started with a prayer song by the college choir, followed by a warm welcome by Ms. Aiswarya M., Mathematics Association Secretary. Dr. Renginy K.R., Commerce teacher-in-charge, presided over the session. The principal, Dr. Alie Molly Verghis, inaugurated both associations, highlighting maths' universal relevance and commerce's daily impact. She praised the joint inauguration, showcasing maths' correlation with other subjects. The programme featured a logo reveal for NUMINA and felicitations from college union leaders.
