The Peet Memorial Training College NSS unit celebrated the 76th Republic Day on January 26 at 9:00 am. Dr. Mumtas, NSS Programme Officer, unfurled the national flag and led the singing of Jana Gana Mana and Vande Mataram. She emphasized national integration and harmony in her speech. The event concluded at 10:00 am. 

 Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara, joined the Maalinya Muktha Navakeralam Campaign, a joint initiative by Haritha Kerala Mission, Suchitha Mission, and local bodies, aimed at creating a litter-free Kerala. As part of the campaign, the college's National Service Scheme and Maalinya Muktha Navakeralam team organized an Anti-Dumping Week in January 2025. NSS volunteers and campaign leaders distributed notices and raised awareness about maintaining clean public and private spaces. Highlights included a flash mob and group song performance on January 14, 2025, inaugurated by Mr. Biju David and presided over by Dr. Sony Mary Varghese. The campaign was led by Dr. Renjany K.R. and Dr. Mumtas S.

 The SOPHITS Social Science Association and National Service Scheme unit of Peet Memorial Training College observed National Youth Day on January 13, 2025, at the College Auditorium. Aswani L, a 2nd-semester B.Ed. Social Science student, delivered a talk on "Role of Youth in Nation Building," highlighting Swami Vivekananda's vision and the importance of youth commitment to society and nation-building. The event was marked with a call to action for youth to address societal hurdles with determination and cooperation. Joyal Joseph welcomed the gathering, and Arya A.R., NSS student coordinator, proposed a vote of thanks.
